These Terms govern your access to and use of coachcreator.co, related websites, platforms, digital products, online courses, memberships, communities, coaching services, software, templates, tools, and other services we provide (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing, purchasing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Any supplemental policies, program-specific terms, offer details, checkout terms, or written agreements that appear on the Service are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where there is a conflict, the specific written terms of the relevant offer, order form, or checkout will apply to that purchase.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any update will be reflected by a new “Last Updated” date. If a change materially affects an active subscription, including a price, billing frequency, or significant inclusion change, we will provide notice where required by applicable law. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Service is intended for people aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must not register for, purchase, or use the Service.

What Coach Creator Provides

Coach Creator provides education, coaching, community access, business-growth resources, digital courses, templates, software and platform tools, and done-for-you or implementation services designed to help golf coaches develop and grow online offers.

Specific inclusions vary by offer. They may include the Coach Creator Accelerator, community membership, Coach Creator Plus, Coach Creator Platform, Coach Creator Platform Pro, done-for-you setup or migration services, maintenance, live training, calls, templates, course content, and other services stated at checkout or in writing.

We may update, improve, replace, remove, or add content, templates, training, features, software integrations, and resources from time to time. Any material change to a paid active subscription will be handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Educational and Business Disclaimer

The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, advertising-law, data-protection, or other professional advice.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, consistency, skill, offer, pricing, audience, content, sales process, market conditions, and compliance with applicable laws. We do not guarantee a particular income level, number of leads, number of clients, audience size, social-media reach, business value, or financial result except for the specific Action Guarantee described in these Terms.

You are solely responsible for your business decisions, marketing, offers, pricing, communications, customer relationships, tax obligations, legal compliance, and use of the Service. You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

Purchases, Payments, and Taxes

The price, currency, payment schedule, and applicable taxes for a product, subscription, program, platform, or service will be shown at the relevant checkout before you place your order.

For a one-time purchase, you authorise us or our third-party payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout once. For a payment plan, you authorise us or our third-party payment processor to charge the instalments shown at checkout on the stated schedule.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information. If a payment fails, we may retry the payment method, suspend access to the relevant Service, or cancel your access after giving notice where required by law. You remain responsible for amounts properly due for products or services already supplied.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, prices do not include taxes that we are required to collect. You remain responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or charges that apply to your purchase, other than taxes imposed on our income.

Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Some Coach Creator products and services are offered as recurring subscriptions or memberships. The billing frequency, price, and inclusions will be shown at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, membership, recurring platform plan, or ongoing service, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge your nominated payment method automatically at the frequency shown at checkout. Your subscription will continue and renew automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

Any introductory price, trial, promotional period, or discounted offer will be clearly disclosed at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, the subscription will renew at the standard recurring price after the introductory or promotional period ends unless you cancel before renewal.

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the cancellation method provided in your account, in your purchase confirmation, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, you retain access until the end of your current paid billing period and will not receive a pro-rata refund for unused time in that period.

We may change the price of an ongoing subscription by giving you prior notice as required by applicable law. The new price will apply from the next renewal date after that notice unless you cancel before that renewal date.

Refunds and Cancellations

Unless a specific refund policy, guarantee, cancellation term, or cooling-off period is stated at the point of purchase, payments for digital products, memberships, subscriptions, calls, coaching, platform access, templates, and implementation services are non-refundable once access to the relevant content or service has been provided.

This does not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, cancellation right, refund right, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where you are entitled to a withdrawal, cancellation, or refund right under applicable law, including laws that apply to consumers in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, that right is not affected by these Terms. Where permitted by law, we may ask you at checkout to expressly consent to immediate access to digital content or services and acknowledge the effect this may have on any statutory withdrawal or cancellation right.

100% Action Guarantee

For eligible Coach Creator programs where this guarantee is stated on the relevant sales page or checkout, we offer the following guarantee:

100% Action Guarantee. Complete the training, follow the 5-step system, and if you do not make a sale, we will credit the full cost of the program back into coaching and keep working with you until you do.

For the purpose of this guarantee, an “online sale” means a genuine payment successfully received by you from a customer for your own online coaching, digital product, online program, membership, or other online offer. A cancelled payment, refund, chargeback, test transaction, or payment from yourself, a household member, or someone acting on your behalf does not count as an online sale.

To claim the guarantee, you must have completed the relevant training and followed the 5-step system in good faith. We may reasonably request evidence of your completion, implementation, offer, content, sales activity, and lack of an online sale before providing the coaching credit.

The coaching credit will equal the amount actually paid by you for the eligible program. It is not a cash refund, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for another product, platform fee, third-party software cost, or payment of any outstanding subscription balance.

Any additional coaching, training, guidance, or support supplied under this guarantee will be provided by Coach Creator in a format, schedule, and scope we reasonably determine is appropriate to help you make an online sale. The guarantee does not apply where we reasonably determine that you have not completed the training, have not followed the 5-step system, have acted dishonestly, or have breached these Terms.

Coaching Calls, Community, and Allocations

Some offers may include live calls, coaching calls, support calls, training sessions, community access, content reviews, or other support allocations. The inclusions shown on the checkout page, sales page, or order confirmation apply to your specific purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, calls, lessons, reviews, coaching allocations, and support allocations must be used within the stated billing period or usage period. Unused allocations do not roll over into future months, future billing periods, future purchases, or other offers.

You are responsible for booking, attending, submitting, and using your inclusions within the relevant period. Failure to do so does not create a right to a refund, credit, extension, replacement session, or transfer unless we agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires it.

We may reschedule a call, training session, or event where reasonably necessary. We may remove a community member or restrict access where their conduct is harmful, abusive, unlawful, disruptive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Platform, Software, and Third-Party Tools

Coach Creator Platform and related services may use or integrate with third-party software, including payment processors, email providers, website hosts, calendar tools, automation tools, messaging platforms, course hosts, and customer-relationship-management systems.

Third-party tools are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, service availability, and technical limitations. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, security incidents, account restrictions, changes in functionality, or discontinued features.

Where we provide templates, snapshots, automations, funnels, or platform configurations, they are supplied as starting points and may require your review, customisation, testing, approvals, domain setup, email authentication, compliance checks, and ongoing maintenance before use.

You are responsible for maintaining valid accounts, payment methods, permissions, and licences for all third-party services required for your use of the Platform. Your access to Platform features may be suspended or limited if your required third-party account, domain, payment, or subscription is inactive.

Done-for-You, Migration, and Maintenance Services

Where we provide done-for-you setup, migration, implementation, maintenance, or related services, the scope of work will be described in the relevant offer, order form, proposal, checkout, or written communication. Any estimated timeframe is an estimate only and may depend on your responsiveness, approvals, content, access, third-party providers, and technical circumstances.

You must provide accurate information, timely approvals, access credentials, domain access, brand assets, content, and other materials reasonably required to perform the work. Delays in providing these items may delay the work.

We may rely on information, instructions, and materials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that your materials, claims, marketing, offers, customer data, and use of the completed work comply with applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights.

Maintenance services cover the work and response times expressly stated in your active plan. They do not include third-party costs, legal review, creation of new strategy outside the agreed scope, or work that we reasonably determine requires a separate project or fee.

Your Responsibilities as a Coach Creator Client

You are responsible for your own business and the way you use the Service. This includes ensuring that your websites, forms, emails, messages, advertisements, products, customer communications, testimonials, payment processes, privacy notices, terms, and marketing claims comply with applicable laws.

You must not use Coach Creator tools, templates, platforms, automations, email systems, or communities to send spam, collect information unlawfully, make misleading claims, infringe third-party rights, harass others, distribute harmful content, or violate any law or platform policy.

If you use a Coach Creator Platform or other system to collect or process information about your own customers, leads, or contacts, you are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis to do so, obtaining any required consent, providing your own privacy notice, and responding to privacy requests from those people.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, the Service, including course materials, recordings, templates, systems, frameworks, automations, copy, designs, text, graphics, videos, software configurations, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Coach Creator and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials made available through your purchased Service for your own personal business use. You may not resell, share, copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sublicense, teach, or make available any part of the Service to another person without our prior written consent.

You may adapt templates for your own business use, but you may not sell, license, distribute, or claim ownership of the underlying Coach Creator template, system, course material, or framework.

User Content and Testimonials

You may submit content through the Service, including messages, feedback, testimonials, business materials, videos, images, and community posts (“Contributions”). You retain ownership of your Contributions.

You grant Coach Creator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and process your Contributions as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, provide coaching, operate the community, improve our products, and respond to support requests.

We will seek your permission where required by law before using an identifiable testimonial, image, video, or other Contribution outside the relevant Service for marketing or promotional purposes.

You represent that you have the right to provide your Contributions and that they do not infringe third-party rights, breach confidentiality obligations, or violate applicable law.

Accounts and Prohibited Activities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update it if it changes.

You must not:

share your account, login credentials, course access, community access, or paid materials with unauthorised people;
copy, scrape, download, reproduce, reverse engineer, or distribute the Service except where expressly permitted;
use bots, scripts, data-mining tools, or automated systems to access the Service without permission;
misrepresent your identity, affiliation, experience, results, or relationship with Coach Creator;
post abusive, defamatory, hateful, unlawful, misleading, or harmful content;
interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the Service;
use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorised commercial activity.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service where reasonably necessary, including if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, misuse the Service, act dishonestly, infringe intellectual property rights, harm other users, or create legal, security, or reputational risk for Coach Creator.

Termination or suspension does not affect rights or remedies that accrued before that time. Nothing in this section limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Creator is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or connected with the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
AUD $400.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right, liability for fraud, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and Western Australia.
